  1. Grand Hydro: Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go

    1. Ballast Point- Calm Before The Storm Cream Ale with coffee and vanilla, 5.5% from San Diego, CA.

    2. Flat Tail- 6am Milk Stout with lactose and coffee, 6% from Corvallis, Oregon.

    3. Mikkeller Beer- Geek Oatmeal Stout brewed with coffee, 7.5% from Lervig Akitebry, Norway

    4. Fantome- The Coffee Ruby butter taste, 8% from Belchertown, MA

    5. Kasteel- Belgian Ale Barista Chocolate Quad, 11% from Ingelmunster, Belgium

    6. Solarc- Night Capsicum Black IPA with hatch chile's, 8% from Los Angeles, Ca

    7. Firestone Walker- Browniewine Imperial brown American ale aged in rum, bourbon and brandy barrels, 13-14% collaboration with Maltose Falcons

  2. Toys!

    1. This will be our 6th Annual Toy Drive to benefit those less fortunate than us. Last year we got a great amount of toys. Let's top it this year. Please bring a new unwrapped toy to benefit underprivileged children. After the meeting, we will take these to the Los Angeles Fire Department for distribution to the kids during the holidays. We will be collecting the toys at the meeting, but please feel free to bring them sooner and drop them off at the shop.  If you can't make it to the meeting but would like to donate something, you can drop it off at the Home Beer Wine and Cheesemaking Shop with a note attached, and let Steve and Irene know by emailing them at: irenya9@yahoo.com.  

  3. Merlin Cup this years winner is: Israel Arrieta

  4. Competition Committee/VP's

    1. Redoing all of our Maltose Falcon beer style guidelines this year. If you have any suggestions, please email vicepresident@maltosefalcons.com

    2. Sponsorship Coordinator is in need for our competitions: volunteer is Jonathan Johnson

    3. Upcoming Competition is Doug King Memorial all entries are due on January 8th and judging will be at MacLeod's on January 23rd at 9am. Registration information will be posted on our website and other social media outlets.

    4. BJCP Mead Class and Exam will begin on Tuesday, January 5th at 7pm.

  5. November Club Shop Brew Session Sunday, Nov. 22 as Falcons Board Member Kent Fletcher leads the crew in making a big holiday ale.

  6. Next Meeting, December 6th will be a potluck style. Please sign up on the website.

  7. Other Business?

    1. Winner of this meetings favorite Homebrew was Julio's Sour Blonde
